Daily alerts and summaries

What StockAI sends you without opening the app: the daily notice of products at risk, suppliers running late, the stale-data reminder and the monthly recap.

StockAI checks your inventory every day at 8:00 UTC (2:00 in Costa Rica) and notifies whoever can act. If the server was down at that time, the check runs as soon as it is back, without skipping the day.

What is sent

Stockout notice
Only when products are at Order NOW or Order soon. The email lists SKU, name, signal, coverage, how much to order and supplier, with a button to open the inventory. A day with no products at risk sends nothing.
Suppliers running late
When a supplier is taking longer than their own history. Sent even when stock looks healthy, which is exactly when it matters.
Stale data
A reminder when your sales file or your stock has gone too long without an update and the signal can no longer confirm how much you have left.
Monthly recap
On the first day of each month, the summary of the month that closed (orders, adoption, overstock). Not sent if that month had no orders or history is missing. It is the same one you see in Impact.

Who receives it

  • By email: every admin and analyst in the company. Read-only users do not, because the notice is a call to act.
  • By WhatsApp: admins and analysts with a number under "WhatsApp (inventory alerts)" in My account. With several warehouses, the message adds how many transfers are suggested.

Email goes out through the installation’s channel, or your company’s if you set one under "My channels" in Installation. With no email or WhatsApp configured, nothing goes out: see Email and WhatsApp.

The bell and "What happened"

Every send — the ones that went out and the ones that failed — is recorded. The bell in the top bar gathers what matters (critical items and those needing attention, including failed sends and trainings that finished or failed), and the What happened screen keeps the full history, filterable by topic and importance, for every role.
